Aquarius Marine & Water Sports Ltd intends to comply with the new regulations by using data according to business to business and Customer to Business, for the purpose's of carrying out our daily operations such as delivering products, and keeping customers up-to-date of offers, new products and Sales etc . The personal data we hold by necessity includes names, addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers, including mobile numbers.
We store this information electronically and/or in our site files. This information is also shared internally within Aquarius to ensure that all areas of the company can deal with our clients’ needs effectively and seamlessly.
All electronic information is currently stored on a secure server with on-site back-up facilities, all of which are secured against a data breach.
Our site files are held securely in our offices, which are always locked when unattended.
Our database is held securely and is never shared with anyone outside of Aquarius and is not available to anyone outside of our organisation, including third parties or marketing companies.
Likewise, any paper records of personal information are kept securely and are not shared with anyone outside of Aquarius.
